In 2008, Rick West asked us to create the first web-based discount parking coupon program for Central Parking in NYC.
For over 16 years and four exec team transitions, our US/Americas based developers have updated, re-branded and enhanced the first Central Parking website and we continue to develop and manage the category leading SP+ website; Parking.com.

Development Milestones Since 2008
We created the first version of the B2C site as a parking coupon platform. Initially, it was not an ecommerce site but provided essential parking coupon information.
Initial Launch Development
Enhanced National Search w/CMS:
Added a feature to search parking coupons by city and built-out the CMS to efficiently manage all Central Parking locations nationally.
Integrated the site with external payment gateways including ParkMobile, and Heartland Payment Systems. This completed the strategic transition from a coupon site to a full-fledged e-commerce platform with direct parking purchases and PCI compliance.
Ecommerce Integration:
Introduced user account support, enabling users to create accounts vs purchasing as “guests”.
User Accounts:
Monthly Parking Sales
Expanded the platform to support monthly parking sales, allowing users to search locations/pricing and purchase parking for extended periods.
Mobile App Development & Enhancement:
Developed initial version of mobile apps, and subsequently completely redeveloped a second version to match the website’s capabilities, allowing online sales through the app for both Android and iOS platforms.
Created and launched a customer loyalty program providing benefits and discounts to regular customers, stabilizing revenue by building multi-location brand loyalty.
Preferred Card Program:
2020 Rebrand
Client directed rebranding to SP+ of the entire site and mobile apps to reflect and support the new brand identity, including links to other SP+ services web applications.
Brand Identity Upgrade:
Create and Launch SP+ Corporate Website:
Separated and built out a new corporate website with B2B content and focus.
Reservations/Intelligent Pricing Engine:
Developed Reservations feature allowing for online sale of parking reservations. Implemented a new pricing engine to optimize rates dynamically at any/all locations in real time.
